Recipe: Vegan Berry Oatmeal

Here’s how to make your own bowl of vegan berry oatmeal

Vegan Berry Oatmeal

Ingredients:

1 cup Organic quick oats

1 cup mixed frozen berries

1/2 tea spoon cinnamon

1/4 tea spoon honey

Directions:

1. Mix dry oats with cinnamon in a bowl

2. Place frozen berries in a bowl and run warm water over to defrost

3. Pour hot water over oats and cinnamon and mix in honey and frozen berries

This vegan berry oatmeal is best served after a morning of relaxing yoga. You can use any kind of fruit, I bet peaches or apple would great too!
