I had my second yoga studio class this past week. I felt a little less nervous this time. The room was smaller and there was the same amount of people in it as last time. I was able to relax more into the restorative part of the class. I did a lot less movement in this one than I did in the last one and it seemed to work a lot better.
Teaching yin and restorative style classes are much different from when I teach one on one with private students. I like the slower pace of the yin and restore classes, they give me time to collect my thoughts between poses since the students are holding them for a lot longer.
