Adventure Yoga

Experience a mindful approach to hiking and a true connection to the outdoors in one of the most beautiful and inspiring locations in and around Kelowna and Lake Country. Explore kilometres of trails around the city and enjoy group yoga classes with an experienced outdoor guide and yoga instructor.

In this class, you:

  • Hike the winding trails of Kelowna’s best regional parks
  • Enjoy a unique approach to mindful movement in diverse forest settings
  • Learn about the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, a healing, meditative therapy that brings the mind and body back to nature
  • Explore the benefits of yoga

Note: Participants should be prepared to cover several kilometres each class over hilly and sometimes difficult terrain. Appropriate footwear required; you may want to bring trekking poles.

$5 Drop in fee for all

Nature Walk Yoga – Mission Greenway Regional Park

Afternoon Yoga at the Beach – Kaloya Regional in Oyama

No dogs allowed in park, unfortunately.

Saturdays at 11:00 am – 12:00 pm

Bring mat, towel, & bathing suit
